HARRY HOUDINI ALSO DIED ON OCTOBER 31.

version one

He said anyone could hit him in the stomach
as hard as they could. So, two Canadian students
sucker punched him when he wasn’t ready.
The blows burst his appendix. The next night
while performing his famous routine
where he was locked in a glass coffin
filled with water, he couldn’t find the way out.
Suddenly, everyone could see he was done for.
His wife yelled they should break the coffin,
and they did, but it was too late to save him.
Shortly after, he died in the hospital. His loyal
assistant held a séance every night for 10 years
because of all the people likely to come back
she knew it would have to be Houdini.
After 10 years she gave up. She said if it were
possible for him to reappear, she most
certainly would have seen him by then.
